Description
Was meant to be quick but ended up taking a few hours. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, especially the water. XD
Vaporeon has always been my favorite of the eeveelution. If I have the time and motivation, I will do the rest of them too. (eevee will be last since it is driving my close friend insane) XD
